Room Representatives & Party Hosts
PTA Room Reps work with the school to create special events and celebrations for the kids. Moreover, Room Reps are PTA liaisons between the families of the class and the PTA. Room Reps are also responsible for coordinating party volunteers, field day, helping with fundraisers, communicating classroom needs to their class families and communicating the teacher's needs to the PTA. Room Reps must be aware of the allergies in the classroom and the children's photo consent. In order to volunteer on behalf of the Langtree PTA, ALL VOLUNTEERS must be paid members of the PTA. We strongly recommend attending the PTA meeting when your grade's teachers will be present (1Xyear). Please click the pencil to sign up as a Room Representative.
